Report a Fraudulent Charge
I found a charge on my credit card statement for Inventory Source and I don't think I ever signed up or used your service. What do I do next?
In order for us to look into this matter, we will need the following from you:
- The amount charged.
- The date of the charge.
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used.
- The full name of the person or business the credit card belongs to.
Please send that information to our Billing Team here.
With that information, we will be able to confirm to you whether or not a charge was posted to our company. It may take 1-2 business days to reply to you with a confirmation.
We will not be able to provide you with any information regarding the account that used the card. For privacy and security reasons, our customer data is confidential. Although you believe it was used fraudulently, we do also get requests from business partners and family members who, unfortunately, may have other motives in having us reverse or cancel charges made to a credit card.
If we are able to confirm to you that the charges on your statement are indeed coming from our company, Inventory Source, the best course of action is for you to then file a dispute or fraud claim with your credit card company.
Your credit card company will notify us and conduct an investigation to determine if the card in question was used inappropriately, and if so, to take appropriate action - including the reversal of charges and suspension of future charges to our company.
If for any reason you feel this charge may be valid, please check with family, friends, and business partners that may have access to your credit card. They may have opened an account in earnest. The reversal of charges or blocking of future charges will effectively suspend the account to which this card is tied.
